Derrick Bryant is currently CFO of Greenwich Communities. In this role, Derrick is responsible for forecasting the organization’s financial standing based on financial and operational data and reports provided by the finance and accounting teams and advising the CEO and board on strategic direction. This role requires people leadership, P&L and Budget Management, Customer Service Management, Revenue Management, and collaboration across the organization with leaders in government, development, asset management, tax credit financing, construction, legal, risk management, human resources, and others. Derrick’s prior role was a Senior Strategic Manager at Warner Media LLC, a position he held for two years. In this role, he worked with senior leadership to improve business performance by bringing a strategic vision and rapid change to inefficient business processes across operational functions. Prior to this role, Derrick was a Senior Strategic Manager at American Express, a position he held for ten years. In this role, he worked with several divisions (Platinum Card, Corporate Card, Gift Card, Travel and etc.) to create and manage program budgets and forecasts to drive business growth and reduce potential losses. People leadership of up to a team of six high performing regional managers across the full spectrum of finance, accounting, and operations. Budget of up to $100 Million. Prior to this role, Derrick was a Global Financial Controller at Citigroup Inc., a position he held for three years. In this role, he worked in the Global Structured Products Division working with investment bankers on the finance and account side for deals involving assets over $500 million. Derrick Bryant has 25 years of experience in a multitude of industries: Banking, Credit Card, Real Estate, Media, Non-Profit and etc.
