Carl Turnipseed

Carl W. Turnipseed is a retired executive vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where he also served on its executive committee. Carl earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Morgan State College (now University) and his MBA degree from New York University Stern School of Business. In addition, Carl is a graduate of the Executive Management Development Program at Columbia University and the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School. He has served on numerous boards connected with international trade, business and economic development, and higher education. He currently serves on the Board of Regents at Morgan State University and is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity and the NAACP. He enjoys coaching and mentoring young professionals and giving back to his community.
